Gift Card Message
We reserve the right to not send any gift card message that may contain offensive and/or inappropriate content.
If you're unhappy with your order or if it arrives damaged, please make complaints to Emma by emailing email@example.com. Depending on the condition of the biscuits we will offer to re-send the biscuits or exchange them and we will refund the return postage cost.
As our biscuits are perishable goods and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in any other circumstances.
