Full ingredients lists are provided with each product. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding ingredients and allergens that may be in our products.

 

Gift Card Message

We reserve the right to not send any gift card message that may contain offensive and/or inappropriate content.

 

Bespoke and Corporate Orders

For orders of up to 30 biscuits, full payment is required in advance. For orders of over 30 biscuits a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the full amount to be paid 2 weeks before the delivery date. Once the full amount has been paid, neither the deposit or final balance can be refunded.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or through PayPal.

 

Complaints

If you're unhappy with your order or if it arrives damaged, please make complaints to Emma by emailing emma@thebiscuitbarn.co.uk. Depending on the condition of the biscuits we will offer to re-send the biscuits or exchange them and we will refund the return postage cost.

As our biscuits are perishable goods and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in any other circumstances.
